Our taste artisians cherish both authentic Latvian tastes and meaningful moments in Latvia’s cultural life. That is why it was a special honour to create the official flavour for Gints Zilbalodis’ feature-length animated film Flow – a work that has earned not only the Academy Award (Oscar), but also numerous other international accolades and the love of audiences worldwide. The film is set in a flooded world abandoned by humans, where the main character, Cat, is forced to leave home and learn to find common ground with other animals. 

In this sparkling drink, the leading role is played by organically grown quinces, ripened under the Latvian sun, surprising with their sweet-tart, refreshing, and full-bodied flavour. Harvested in the Latvian countryside and pressed into juice locally in Vaidava, they are combined with water drawn from 120 m deep well in Valmiermuiža, gentle bubbles, and organic sugar. The result tempts with aroma, captivates with colour, and awakens with a lively burst of acidity. True to our commitment to preserving a pure taste of Latvia, everything in this drink is genuine and born of nature. May contain sediment. Suitable for vegans. Best enjoyed chilled to +5 °C (straight from the fridge) to fully experience its refreshing, joy-filled taste.
