Castle Master’ Ale celebrates the long tradition of brewing in Riga. Beer was made already in the old Riga Castle, built in 1330, while the new castle in 1515 was funded by taxes from Riga brewers, Today, Riga Castle is the home of the Latvian National Museum of History and the President of Latvia.
