Rhubarb is one of the first to grow in our gardens in the spring. Sour but healthy? Why? Mainly thanks to the vitamin C found in it – 100 grams of fresh rhubarb contains 1/3 of an adult's daily dose. Rhubarb is also an important source of vitamin P, it also contains other vitamins in smaller doses, malic acid and citric acid, which improve digestion.
