Run barefoot across the warm and soft ground towards the juicy rhubarbs and pick them up by the armful. Get dizzy from the sweetish aroma and instantly sober up from the bitter sourness. Only in the gardens of Latvia will you find rhubarb so genuine and diverse, which is what inspired Gardu muti to create a sparkling juice drink.

To produce this drink, we use juice from rhubarbs grown exclusively in Latvian gardens, as well as a drop of juice from cranberries picked in Latvia’s forests. To add more harmony to the arrangement, we add to it water obtained from the 120 m deep well at Valmiermuiža, fizz and sugar. Everything about this soda is pure and gathered from nature of Latvia.
