Non-alcoholic craft beer is increasingly settling into the lives of beer lovers, so it can also be proudly placed on festive tables. The Master Brewer of Valmiermuižabelieves that the best ingredients and careful brewing will help to overcome the age-old prejudice that non-alcoholic beer is inferior to its dizzying kin interms of aroma and taste.
Golden amber beer with strong and dense ivory foam. The taste bouquet based on sweet malt reveals exotic fruit, as well as blueberry and gooseberry characteristics of Latvia. A full-bodied, silky, and harmonious sip. A labyrinth of flavours weaves together a sweet bread-like malt with notes of peach, tropical fruits, and berries. While the aftertaste is commanded by the subdued bitterness of hops and a slight hint of citrus. The colourful aromatic palette is provided by “Citra” and “Mosaic”, two hop varieties highly esteemed in the craft hop world.
