If one believes historians – beer was brewed at Valmiermuiža Manor as early as 1688, and so fine was the hospitality enjoyed by royal guests.Respecting traditions, at Valmiermuiža we slowly handcraft beer for the festive table.
Just as Valmiermuiža’s brews are created to suit the taste of every beer lover – amber and dark, hopped and malty sweet, so in our Beer Kitchen, we serve Latvian artisans’ cheeses paired with beer, along with beer bread, and delicacies made from forest meat and livestock raised by local farmers.

Lunch offer
During work, you should find a moment for a full-fledged and delicious meal, so that you have a creative spirit and strength for the whole day. Valmiermuiža beer kitchen every working day at 11.30–14.30 invites you to enjoy the lunch offer, which is leisurely prepared from the goodies of local farms.
Delicious and hearty dishes will be served on the table - soup, main course, side dishes, salads and desserts. Guests will have the opportunity to serve themselves a meal, choosing the portion size and variety of dishes.

Pāris reizes mēnesī iespējams baudīt nesteidzīgas Latvijas garšu vēlās brokastis kopā ar ģimeni un draugiem.
Piedāvājumā saimes galds ar siltiem brokastu ēdieniem, dažādu veidu salātiem un aukstām uzkodām, pašu ceptas maizes izlasi un gardiem saldēdieniem. Ierasti uz vietas baudāmi arī jaunākie Valmiermuižas alus darītavas brūvējumi.
