If one believes historians – beer was brewed at Valmiermuiža Manor as early as 1688, and so fine was the hospitality enjoyed by royal guests.Respecting traditions, at Valmiermuiža we slowly handcraft beer for the festive table.
Just as Valmiermuiža’s brews are created to suit the taste of every beer lover – amber and dark, hopped and malty sweet, so in our Beer Kitchen, we serve Latvian artisans’ cheeses paired with beer, along with beer bread, and delicacies made from forest meat and livestock raised by local farmers.

Lunch Special
During a busy workday, it's essential to find time for a wholesome and delicious meal to fuel creativity and energy for the rest of the day. At Valmiermuiža, hearty meals made with local farm-fresh ingredients are served every weekday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Guests are free to help themselves, selecting portion sizes and a variety of dishes.

A Taste of Latvia Brunch
A couple of times a month, enjoy a leisurely, authentic Latvian brunch with family and friends.
The brunch includes a family-style spread with warm breakfast dishes, a variety of salads and cold appetizers, an assortment of freshly baked breads and delectable desserts. Guests can also enjoy the latest brews straight from the Valmiermuiža brewery.
