The crafty holiday lager pours into the glass in amber color, raising a thick, white cloud of foam. The first thing you notice in the nose is a gorgeous malt aroma, which is immediately followed by fresh meadow notes conjured up by hops. The beer is soft and sweet like fresh white bread with a slightly crispy crust. The flavor bouquet is dominated by expressive malt caramel, which is subtly enriched by a slightly spicy and refreshing hop aftertaste.
